On January 2nd 2009 John Travolta's only son Jett tragically passed away, his death caused by a seizure disorder at the tender age of 16 years.
Jett had suffered with this condition his whole life and although he enjoyed a comfortable and happy life his family had to be aware of the illness.
John Travolta and his sister June have been huge supporters of http://www.groovyevents.co.uk/ donating many items to help us raise funds for local charities, and we regard Mr Travolta as one of our best supporters.
As John and his family deal with the devastation of losing such a special piece of their life, Groovy Events wanted to offer Mr Travolta something to let him know our thoughts are with him and his family.
Working with The Goldman Jewellers in Gloucester - http://www.thegoldman.co.uk/ - we have created a solid silver dogtag that features an engraving of Jett on it for Mr Travolta. The dogtag will be sent as a gift to Mr Travolta and we are assured by June, Mr Travolta's Sister & Fan Club Manager, that it will be appreciated and treasured.
At this time our thoughts and prayers are with the Travolta family and we hope that Jett is now happy and at peace.
